Nancy Day is the assistant cook and part-time custodian. She is

Nutrikid software to balance the food menu to meet
state standards limiting
fats, calories, and
salt. She
helps cook and serve the food. As part-time custodian, Nancy is
in charge of
cleaning the
restrooms and emptying the trash.
